Clean the damaged area.
Generously polish the damaged area.
Sand the damaged area with P80 to 240.
Feather edge damaged area by hand or machine with P320 or finer.
Clean with 1K 3680090 Solvent Wash.
Spray one coat of SprayMax Plastic Adhesion Promotor 3680009.
Air dry the sprayed area (air drying or forced).
Prime with 2K Rapid Primer Filler (2-3 spray passes).
Allow to flash off (approx. 5 min between spraying).
IR drying, approx. 15 min at 40 cm distance and 140°F / 60°C.
Sanding with P400 to P600 Edge zone with P1000.
Clean with Solvent Wash 3680090 and dust cloth.
Apply basecoat (2-3 thin coats depending on coverage).
Apply SprayMax 2K or 1K Clear coat, 2 passes with flash times between coats.
Blend the clear coat edges with SprayMax 1K Spot Blender 3680093.
IR drying approx. 15 min.
