SprayMax Solvent Wash 3680090.
Polish the contour of the repair to be painted.
Get the right color code.
Sand the damaged area by hand or machine with P80- P240 edge zone P320-400.
Clean with 1K Solvent Wash 3680090.
Prime with 2K SprayMax Wash Primer 3684029 ( 1-2 coats ).
Allow the primer to flash off ( air dry ).
Prime using SprayMax 2K Rapid Primer Filler 3680031 (2-3 coats).
Allow to flash off (approx. 5 min between spraying).
IR drying approx. 15 min at 140°F / 60°C.
Sanding with P400 to P600 Edge zone with P1000 + P2000.
Clean with 1K Wax & Grease Remover 3680094.
Apply basecoat (2-3 thin coats depending on coverage).
Apply SprayMax 2K Clear coat 3680061 for a gloss finish (2 coats with flash time between coats).
Apply SprayMax Spot Blender 3680093 at the edges of the clearcoat.
Air dry or force drying approx. 15 min 140°F / 60°C.
